Refund policy
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email, letter or via the contact form on our website).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Where possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging; however, this is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Compensation for loss in value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Such a loss in value applies in particular if the goods have been assembled, screwed, drilled, machined or put into operation and can therefore no longer be resold as new (e.g. due to drilled base plates, assembly marks or signs of use).
In this case we reserve the right to deduct appropriate compensation for the loss in value from the refund amount.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods
that are made to the customer's specifications or
clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs
(e.g. custom dimensions, individual configurations or components made to order).
CNC contract manufacturing, 3D printing and design
Manufactured parts (CNC milling, 3D printing): Parts that we manufacture according to your drawings, files, dimensions, material or other specifications are goods made to customer specification. For such contracts there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18(1)(3) FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). This also applies if the part is ordered together with standard products.
Design and planning services (e.g. CAD design, drawings, manufacturing data):
- The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed if you have expressly requested that we begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 18(1)(1) FAGG).
- If you withdraw after we have already begun at your express request, you must pay us a proportionate amount for the services provided up to that point (§ 16 FAGG).
- If data is provided exclusively in digital form (e.g. STEP, STL or DXF files), the right of withdrawal expires when provision begins, provided you have expressly agreed to this and confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG).
We obtain your consent to early commencement in writing before work begins, e.g. in the quotation or order confirmation.
Businesses: The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Orders placed by businesses are not covered.
