3D Printing & FDM Manufacturing

Design, optimisation and manufacturing using FDM — for businesses that need parts in small quantities, want to convert existing parts to printing, or want to set up their own print production.

Option 1

Manufacturing

You send a model or sketch. I design it if needed, print it and deliver the finished parts.

Option 2

Design and preparation

Print-ready G-code or a prepared model, tuned to your printer and your material. You produce whenever you want.

Option 3

Produce your own parts

I set up print production in your business: printers, material, slicer profiles, data preparation, training. After that, you produce on your own.

Mechatronics & Embedded Systems

Development of custom mechatronic solutions for mechanical engineering and automation – from mechanical design and electronics to microcontroller software, all from a single source.

Embedded SoftwareSensors & MeasurementStepper and Servo DrivesElectronics & Wiring

I develop mechatronic systems for mechanical engineering and automation – from modelling and design to electronics and microcontroller software. Built, commissioned and tested on the machine or test rig, not just simulated.

Because mechanics, electronics and software come from a single source, the interfaces between three trades disappear. Changes happen in one iteration instead of three rounds of coordination.

Design & Development

CAD design of single parts and assemblies, designed for manufacturing and validated with functional prototypes instead of being over-engineered on screen.

  • Designed for manufacturingdesigned for the process that will actually be used to make the part
  • Validated with prototypesprinted and tested in place before it gets expensive
  • Not over-engineeredas simple as possible, so manufacturing and assembly stay affordable

As a development engineer, I create CAD parts and assemblies that are cleanly structured, logically built for assembly and designed for manufacturing.

Instead of optimising on screen for a long time, I work in fast iterations: print a functional prototype, install it, load it, change it. Many ideas only show in testing whether they hold up – and that is far cheaper before a tool or mould has been paid for.

Products from our own workshop

Workshop products born from hands-on practice – designed, manufactured and tested in everyday use before they reach the shop.

My workshop products come from real practice and are developed to work reliably in everyday use. Every jig, every accessory and every component is cleanly designed, tested repeatedly and built for robustness, precision and everyday practicality.

Combining CNC manufacturing, 3D printing and mechanical components results in solutions that are stable, functional and ready to use right away – developed to make work faster, cleaner and easier.

Fräsus Maximus Router Sled

Router sled for flattening: level surfaces on large wood slabs, tree slices and epoxy resin table tops – without tool marks and without a stationary machine.

  • Flat surfaces without tool marksthe rigid guidance delivers a flat surface with no steps between passes
  • For large workpiecestable tops, tree slices and epoxy pours that won't fit on any stationary machine
  • Repeatablesame setting, same result – even on the second pass

Thanks to its robust construction and precise guides, even heavily warped solid wood slabs or large workpieces can be machined in a controlled and repeatable way – a real alternative to stationary machines.
