Vacuum Clamping Plate 120 × 120 mm – Double-Sided Suction or Single-Sided Screw Mount (M6)

The vacuum clamping plate 120x120 mm holds workpieces securely without screws or clamps. Ideal for sanding wood panels and cutting boards, or for milling with a sled or CNC router. The surface remains fully accessible and undamaged.

At just 16 mm thick, this vacuum clamping plate is particularly low-profile and perfect for applications with limited space – e.g. on CNC machines, router tables or workbenches.

Suitable for different materials

The vacuum clamping system is suitable for all flat and largely airtight workpieces, including:

• All types of wood
• MDF and plywood
• Plastics
• Aluminium and metals
  

In practice the system is mostly used for woodworking, but it is just as suitable for metallic materials, provided the surface is flat and tight enough to create stable vacuum clamping.

Modular, expandable vacuum clamping system

Several vacuum clamping plates can be connected via the ports, so larger workpieces can also be clamped securely.

Scope of delivery

When buying a single plate, only the plate itself is supplied, no further accessories.

A vacuum clamping plate set includes:

• 1 vacuum clamping plate
• 1 vacuum hose 6 mm, length 3 m
• 1 shut-off valve
  
• 1 T-piece distributor
  
• 1 plug to seal the opposite side

When buying several vacuum clamping plate sets, the scope of delivery is multiplied accordingly. The hose length is adjusted and supplied as one continuous hose, for example 6 m for two vacuum clamping plates.

Notes

Operation requires an external vacuum generator or vacuum pump.
Workpieces must be flat and as airtight as possible to ensure reliable clamping force.
